Her passion for recruitment and human resources is reflected in both her professional approach and the strong relationships she builds with clients and candidates alike. Her experience spans a diverse range of industries, including Banking, Financial Services, Travel and Tourism, Marketing, Community Radio, Telecommunications and Broadcasting, B-BBEE and Economic Development, with additional exposure to Logistics, Mining, Customer Service, Call Centres, and Information Technology. As a well-rounded HR professional, Danielle has a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and brings a natural, intuitive approach to human resources. She has further developed her expertise in organisational culture and transformation, enabling businesses to align people practices with strategic goals. Her core strengths include client engagement, administration, performance management, and talent acquisition.
