InnoVance offer a payroll outsourcing service to companies of all sizes. We customise our solution to each company’s unique requirements and can facilitate and manage as much of the process as you have a need for. We provide you with personal account management, ensuring that you have the continual contact you need and deserve.
By managing the entire process, we ensure all data is captured, and that it is correct in terms of legislation and your company requirements, thereby managing your risk. We provide payslips, either in electronic or paper format. We take care of delivery of payslips, to one or many branches anywhere in South Africa. In addition we facilitate the payments of your employees through an electronic payments system or through payroll cards. It is important to note here that you are always in control of your money. We just make it far easier and quicker for these payments to take place, not to mention a bit cheaper.
We provide you with full management reporting, so that you know what has happened on your payroll in any given month or week. We have a standard list of reports that we generate, but we look at your reporting requirements, and we will can easily cater to your requirements.
We submit monthly reports and declarations to all institutions that require it, on your behalf, so that you do not have to. Efficient and effective reporting eliminates the risk of penalties to you. Some of these institutions include your provident fund, the UIF, Unions and garnishors. We manage the submission of EMP201’s to SARS on a monthly basis and facilitate the payment thereof through SARS e-filing.
InnoVance manages of your bi-annual reconciliations to SARS (EMP501) and your annual returns to the Labour Department (COIDA), and provide your employees with IRP5’s. These can be delivered to one or more branches, or sent via post to your employees individually, if this is necessary. We also manage any periodical or additional reporting or queries from your bargaining councils or garnishors. This saves you time and hassle, as well as mitigates the risk of non-compliance.
InnoVance can also manage your employee payroll queries, which is often time consuming for you to manage. These queries will be handled by your personal account manager.
