Since its inception in 1994, Chennells Brümmer & Associates have established their reputation in the Western Cape for creative and strategic training with combined Human Resources and Industrial Relations interventions. In conjunction with these interventions, CB & A successfully introduced Best World Practices in a number of sectors and has been increasingly utilised by a broad range of blue chip organisations, trade unions and NGO’s alike to assist in the facilitation of workplace change.
Chennells Brümmer & Associates (‘CBA’) adopted a Social Responsibility Charter in 2003. Part of this initiative was to establish an empowerment entity to give effect to CBA’s commitment to transformation. The intended focus areas of the newly formed Chennells Brümmer Capacity Building Consultancy (‘CBCBC’) are capacity building, (specifically training, development & facilitation); transformation of workplace practices and empowerment initiatives to give effect to the acceptance of diversity, King II and general accountability and transparency at all levels of the organisation. CBCBC is also representative of our broader community as its members are 34% female and 36% black.
