Alinda Nortje is the Founder and CEO of Free To Grow, a company that partners with organisations in their employee wellbeing, development and engagement journey. Under her leadership, Free To Grow has reached more than 110 000 people in close to 1 400 organisations in 35 countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East since its inception in 1994.
Alinda is viewed as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the field of facilitation of learning as well as employee wellbeing, growth and engagement.
Ansa Du Toit is the Learning & Development Manager at RCL Foods Consumer. She started her career as a social worker working for various NGO’s. Her passion for people development led to a community developer role at the Rural Foundation, focusing on the development of farm workers. Building the capacity of women and girls towards sustainable, inclusive and equitable economic growth has always been the driver behind many of the projects she was involved in.
As a Learning and Talent Manager for Rainbow Chicken she initiated a strong drive to create a sustainable female talent pipeline for the operational business units of the business. This is where Ansa reached out to Alinda at Free To Grow and together they crafted a project that will impact females, not only in the workplace – but at home and in their communities.
